Day 1351, Food Fight 

 

The Donald showed us he won’t play by the rules.

The rules, he thinks, are just for losers and fools.

He changed a debate to a sloppy food fight,

Like lunch time at some elementary schools.

 

There was no debate, just a sloppy food fight,

For our government, a deplorable sight.

The Donald displayed a behavior so crass,

Like a rude autocrat, just flaunting his might.

The whole world respected us four years ago,

Until we elected this big, horse’s ass.

How could our democracy have sunk so low?

If we don’t respect human beings alike,

Then we will find out just how low we can go.

 

Trump does not treat all human beings alike.

It shows when he tweets and in front of a mike.

He shows common courtesy won’t restrain him.

Isn’t it time that we told Trump, “Take a hike?”

You can’t govern wisely enriching yourself,
