October 6, Mitch McConnell, the Prostate of the Senate

 

McConnell won’t play nicely if he cannot run the show.

Just like an old man’s prostate, he’s obstructing all outflow.

No semen and no urine, nothing is allowed to pass.

However, like the anus, Mitch still passes lots of gas.

 

A prostate that’s enlarged may be malignant or benign,

Or maybe both at once, sometimes pathologies combine.

Malignancy invades and spreads; benign sticks to its base.

And time provides more evidence of which of these we face.

 

When Mitch led in the Senate, then he drove Pelosi nuts,

Obstructing every House bill, just to prove he was a putz.

The only thing that Mitch would pass was any right wing judge,

For Mitch knows right wing jurists will mire civil rights in sludge.

 

The prostate of the Senate, Mitch McConnell says, “No go.”

He’s old and hyperplastic; that is all you need to know.

Like hyperplastic prostates, Mitch does nothing but obstruct.

Until Mitch is resected, there’s no hope to reconstruct.
