Today is make or break for Kavanaugh,

The day that Christine Ford will testify.

Should he sit on the highest court of law?

Will one of them be caught up in a lie?

Her sordid story, you have surely heard.

He tried to rape her back in eighty two.

But he’d have us believe he was a nerd.

Attempted rape is something nerds don’t do.

Republicans have lined up on her side,

A man of sterling character, they say.

But is he?  Is there something he must hide

About his past, that haunts him still today?

When she has spoken, will right-wingers yawn?

Or will Brett’s nomination be withdrawn?
