Donald at the Bat – Day 964, Bolton’s Gone (parody to ‘Delia’s Gone’)

Day 964, Bolton’s Gone (may be sung to Delia’s Gone) (1)

Johnny, Oh Johnny, we moan and groan for John.

He disagreed with Donald and now John Bolton’s gone.

Bolton’s gone; one more round, Bolton’s gone.

First, John went to the White House and he met Donald there.

And, after he met Donald, Trump offered him a chair.

Bolton’s gone; one more round, Bolton’s gone.

The Donald is a tweeter and often, low and mean.

No one who works for Donald can ever get out clean.

Bolton’s gone….

John Bolton is aggressive and Trump likes autocrats.

John Bolton hated working with Trump’s kakistocrats.

Bolton’s gone….

John disagreed with Donald about the Taliban.

He thought they should be driven out of Afghanistan.

Bolton’s gone….

No one can work for Donald unless they’ll gladly lie

But Bolton would not do that, so Trump told him, “Goodbye.”

Bolton’s gone….

John Bolton thinks he’s smarter than others in the room.

To have to work with Donald, of course spelled Bolton’s doom.

Bolton’s gone; one more time, Bolton’s gone.

Bolton’s gone; one more time, Bolton’s gone.
