Oh yes, I’m the great pretender,

Pretending that I am the best.

My need is such I pretend too much.

I’m manic but getting depressed.

Adrift on a sea of my lies.

I play the game; I cheat without shame.

And now, my whole world might capsize.

 

Too real is this feeling of make believe.

I cheat and I tweet but I now face defeat.
