Some folks call the Donald, “Divider in chief,”

For appealing to only his base.

Will Donald’s style bring our whole nation to grief,

Concentrating on faith and on race?

Xenophobia is the weapon he chose,

Spanish speakers clothed in brown skin.

His speeches are shrill; his crowds’ bigotry grows,

Reminiscent of ‘30’s Berlin.

Will Trump go to NATO, then drop trou and moon,

Saying (like he told us), “Putin’s fine?”

Tell Merkel, Macron, he prefers Kim Jong Un?

Are we all watching Trump realign?

And, after, will Putin pat Trump on the back,

Watching Western alliances crack?
